In the first quarter of 2022, China's tea exports achieved a "good start".
According to China Customs data, from January to March, the cumulative export volume of Chinese tea was 91,800 tons, an increase of 20.88%,
and the cumulative export value was US$505 million, an increase of 20.7%.
The average export price from January to March was US$5.50/kg , a slight decrease of 0.15% year-on-year.
In 2022, Sichuan tea is exported to Uzbekistan and African countries in large quantities.
Sichuan Province will strengthen the cultivation on the basis of advantageous industries and continue to improve the export capacity of characteristic agricultural products.
