It's warming up here in China, and we're ready to celebrate all things in spring. Spring is the most exciting season of the year in the world of tea. It's not hard to understand that, after a recovery phase of nearly six months, spring sprouted leaves are abundant in nutrients such as vitamin, especially amino acids are believed to bring many good effects for drinkers. Those fleshy, greenish tea buds/leaves not only taste delicious but also look attractive.

It is interesting for people to name teas with four seasons in China; actually the division of four seasons has guiding significance for farmers, including tea harvest. But, do you know when is the spring tea harvest? Especially for green tea, products made with leaves picked during spring are considered the best.
